Laksa Johor

The most important food in my hometown Johor is Laksa Johor.It is very famous food and it is really a part of Johore culture.

Most of Johore people can cooks Laksa and also people can buy them at night market.The Laksa kari made from fish such as "Ikan Parang" and they also very delicious if you eat with sambal belacan.They add onion,"tauge" and daun kesume.They can eat anytime you want especially when celebration day like Hari Raya.Thats all.
