HOW TO KEEP YOUR BRAIN HEALTHY

How to keep body healthy? Eat a good diet, do exercise, sleep and avoid smoking. to keep brains healthy follow these tips. First, be mentally active to exercise the brain. it will keep nerve cells sharp and create new cells. Then be socially active by joining clubs and social groups and mix with other people by travelling. Next, physical activity is good for the brains to keep good flow of blood and encourages new cells, but be careful with dangerous activity. Finally, for a brain healthy diet, they avoid fatty food, eat nutritious foods, stay away from high cholestrol food and take food that improves brainpower.
