BRAIN POWER


This paragraph is about brain health. First, how to keep our body healthy. The people must eat a good diet, exercise, have enough sleep and avoid smoking. Second, be mentally active. They can do exercise for the brain like quizzes, puzzles and math problems. Third, be socially can active like join clubs and social groups. They should travel or learning new skills like learn skiing. Next, do physical activity. It keeps a good flow of blood to the brain. They must be careful with dangerous activities like climbing. Finally, take brain- healthy diet. They should avoid fatty foods and high in cholesterol. They must take nutritious food and take food that improves brain power.
