During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. if we do not sleep, then we get tired, cannot remember and become ill. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed because thinking about their work or studies. Late at night, they make phone call or emails. they also have many drinks which contain caffeine and late dinner. To sleep well, we need a comfortable bed, a dark and quiet bedroom and same routine every night.
