The most important food in Kelantan is Nasi Kerabu. It is really part of Kelantan culture. People can eat this Nasi Kerabu at anytime, especially at Hari Raya. They make Nasi Kerabu using coconut, fish, 'budu', onion, tit and chili. They eat Nasi Kerabu with spicy dish and vegetables, such as bean sprouts, long bean, wild ginger and cabbage. They can put chinese eggs, steak, fish and chicken. Usually people eat Nasi Kerabu for breakfast and lunch. Nasi Kerabu is very delicious.
