During sleep the brain respons itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we can get tired, cannot remember so well and maybe become ill. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed and thinking about their work. Late at night, they make phone call or emails. They also make drinks or take dinner. To sleep well we need a comfortable, a dark and quiet bedroom. Every night, we should also have the same routine like read a book.
